Cancellation Policy

We all know how important flexibility is nowadays. This is why, with Exacto!, you can always reschedule a class, if you need to.

To be eligible to reschedule a lesson, cancellation times are as follows:

• For lessons between 9am and 12pm : before 5pm (Brisbane time) the day before.

• For lessons after 12pm : 5 hours previous to the class.

Method of Payment

Lessons must be booked and paid for with a minimum of 48 hours every week.
